Every major Indian cuisine has its celebrated restaurant brands. Punjab has national chains, and South Indian tiffin has hundreds of names. Authentic Telugu food, spanning Telangana and Andhra traditions, has stayed largely unorganised.

Ellipayakaram was created to change that. We opened our first restaurant in Hyderabad in February 2025. Today three Ellipayakaram restaurants are open across the city, in three formats, with two more on the way.

Our recipes come from home kitchens and are standardised by our culinary team so that a Gongura Chicken tastes the same in Madhapur as it does in Nanakramguda. Every outlet is run by the company to the same kitchen SOPs and quality bar.
